Update October 24. The building materials are arriving today and will be organized for installation today and this weekend. Over the next couple of weeks the frame will be placed. We already have much of the exterior site work done, and the new courts have been paved. We hope to have the building largely buttoned up by December 1. Finish work will take until at least the first of the year. Our hope has always been to have the courts playable by early January, and we are still on schedule for that. There are all sorts of things that could delay it, but so far so good! Parking will be challenging during the construction, please have patience and allow extra time during site work hours (generally 7am to 4pm).
Update September 1. Anyone visiting the Club recently can see the large construction site that now exists where Courts 6 & 7 were. Don't worry, they will be back- but with a new building over them. The project is progressing on schedule right now, however, with all projects of this size there will certainly be delays! Our hope is that the courts are ready to be played in January 2014. We should have the foundation completed, the new courts paved, and the grading done by the end of September. The building materials are scheduled for delivery by the second week of October (but this has been delayed once already!). For those of you asking for plans, here are a couple of the design plans. Please allow extra time during construction as there will be parking lot work occuring from time to time. Thanks for your patience!

This Thanksgiving we are once again open limited hours. We use this opporunity to collect donations for the Westboro Food Pantry, which is critically low on supplies this year. In order to use the Club on Thanksgiving, we require a donation from all members of either items for the food pantry or a $5.00 donation. All proceeds including guest fees, court fees, donations and food will go directly to the Westboro Food Pantry. This is something that we started 9 years ago and has been a great success. Prior to that, Thanksgiving was one of the few days each year that the Club was closed. We decided to open the Club for a short time in the morning in order to collect donations from members to benefit the Food Pantry. So please remember that a donation of food or a $5.00 donation is required to use the Club that morning. Donations can be larger and they can be charged to your account. Thanks again.
