No matter your current fitness level, it's never too late to make better choices for your health.  We invite you to start taking small steps towards a new life resolution- right now!  The Westboro Tennis and Swim club is proud to announce our unique health and wellness evaluation system by Microfit, Inc.  The process begins with a comprehensive 40 question wellness profile that will identify the areas of your current lifestyle that need immediate attention.  This is followed by a thorough fitness evaluation where our trained staff will assess your flexibility, body fat, blood pressure and resting heart rate, and circumference measurements. 

 With the aid of the Microfit software and our "5 Small Steps To Life Changes" model of good health, your fitness professional will be able to better develop your plan for success. Our facility includes numerous state of the art cardio pieces (many Fitlinxx equipped) including Precor and Life Fitness, a complete line of Hammer Strength plate loaded, Life Fitness selectorized, and a large free weight area, aerobic studio, cycling studio and basketball court. We offer the largest, most diverse fitness facility in the area offering programs and classes for the entire family!

Our basketball court is generally open for member use, but sometimes is reserved for special events, programs, or rentals, so please call for availability.
