Dear Valued Members:
We hope this email find you and your family are healthy and safe. We wanted to check in with you during these challenging times and thank you for your ongoing patience. We can honestly say we miss all of you and are working with the Governor’s plan to safely begin to reopen so we can get back into our daily routines and of course, to see all of you.
While we were closed during the pandemic, we’ve been diligently working to make sure all our members, their children and our staff will be safe upon their return to Westboro Tennis and Swim Club. This is and will continue to be our main priority. During the first several weeks of opening, there will be some necessary changes made to ensure all feel comfortable while in our facility. As the Governor’s plan continues to evolve, we’ll be updating you on the specifics.
Our opening is expected to occur in a phased approach beginning with outdoor facilities including pool, 4 tennis courts, and Summer camp.
The pool and 4 court tennis bubbles were removed at the end of last week and we are preparing the grounds.
Recreational guidelines for outdoor pools were just disclosed and we are working with the local board of health for permits.
Summer camp is expected to commence the week of June 22nd and specific details regarding camp will be available by the end of this week.
Just so you don’t have to worry, your membership has been on freeze since April 1 and will remain on freeze until we open. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to Diana Wright for membership at email@example.com or Eric Wojo for camp at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Until then, rest assured we’ve been thinking of you and will be ready to open as soon as we can!
