Justin is the owner and general manager of the club. He and his partners purchased the club in 2005. Justin had been a long time member of the club and also an employee of the club since 1990, ranging in positons from lifeguard to manager. Prior to purchasing the club, Justin was an attorney.
Steve is the tennis coordinator and part owner of the club. Steve is an avid tennis player and is available to help all players become integrated into the programs the club has to offer. Steve holds a degree in Marketing from Babson and was also a member of the Club for many years prior to becoming involved in an ownership capacity.
Jessica is the membership director at the club. She has been employed in one fashion or another at the club for well over 20 years! Any membership question or concern can be directed towards Jessica.
Michael Zatsiorsky is our Head Tennis Professional. Michael hails from the former USSR and has been at the club for over 20 years. He has been our Head Tennis Pro since 2002.
Cindy is the front desk manager. Cindy deals with all aspects of front desk service, facility rentals and tennis contract time. Cindy has been an employee at the club for over 20 years.
Ellen is the Finance and Business Office Manager. Ellen handles all accounts payable and receivable inquiries, and is responsible for overseeing our membership software as it relates to member billing and account information. Ellen has been an employee at the club since 2000.
Diana handles all member account receivable (billing) inquiries. Diana has been an employee of the Club for over 10 years.
Donna Drohan is a Marketing and Membership Advisor who also handles membership changes, such as upgrades and renewals. Donna also handles FitRewards program inquiries and donation requests, as well as coordinates the annual Expo and charity events held at the club. Donna started at the Club in 2011.
Betsy is the Children’s Program Coordinator and Kids Club Director, as well as our summer camp director. Betsy handles all aspects of children’s programs and summer camp inquiries. Betsy has been with the club since 2003.
Cheryl is our Health and Wellness Coordinator, as well as a personal trainer. She has been with the club since 2005.
Nicole is reponsble for coaching our USA Swim Team, Team Evolution. Nicole has been an employee since 2011.
Brian is our Aquatics Director and has been with the club since 2002.
Karoline has been underwater most of her life, including her collegiate years where she competed for Hartwick College in both swimming and diving. Coaching a summer recreation team from age 16, she continued coaching divers and swimmers at the high school and recreation level after college. Her favorite adventure was developing a varsity level diving program in an inner city area which produced several state level divers. Completion of a master degree in physical education from Springfield College and an offer to teach in Marlboro, brought Karoline to Massachusetts. She was lucky enough to find the Raiders swim program and become an assistant coach. Currently she is the assistant aquatics director.
Jason is our Fitness Director and has been with the club since 2004.
