NEW Class Starting Tuesday morning, October 1st at 7:15am to be held at CrossFit that will be open to all fitness members!
SpinFit: This a hybrid class that combines the spin bike, resistance training and core work. Participants will rotate on and off the bike while performing movements like kettlebell swings, various forms of ab work, goblet squats, step ups and other body weight type movements. This class is for everyone, every movement will have different scaling options based on members fitness level and safety. Michelle Furbush will be teaching this class – see you all Tuesday morning!
