Family fitness members may drop off their children between the ages of 8 through 12 for the classes listed on the Youth Fitness Schedule. Please make sure to be available to pickup your child promptly at the conclusion of the program as there is no post-program supervision. Our Youth Fitness Schedule provides for several free classes per week for youth fitness members, including directed activity time on the basketball court, at the CrossFit gym, or in the group exercise studio. The schedule changes a few times per year, please check back often!
