April Fitness Challenge
This month, rather than a daily fitness challenge, we are offering baseline testing or retesting of fitness performance. Every few months we offer this testing during our scheduled UGX classes to help members see their progress. Through this testing and retesting you will see, through visible score/time differences, plus feel, how your fitness is improving!

- Wednesday, April 5th @ 9:15 AM
- Tuesday, April 25th @ 8:00 AM & 6:00 PM
- Wednesday, April 26th @ 9:15 AM
Our Ultimate Group Exercise Class (UGX) is a heart-pumping group fitness class, specifically designed to provide a functional full body workout while improving strength, aerobic capacity, mobility and body composition. Our partner program format helps members transform their lifestyle physically and mentally while encouraging community growth.
