Accepting our daily challenge helps you make fitness a part of your REGULAR routine.
A daily challenge each month breaks up making a lifelong commitment to exercise into small monthly chunks, done each day. It will help you get into a routine of making fitness a priority.
Accepting our challenge also means you’re not alone in this! Our challenge is offered to all our members, and you can sign your name to our challenge board in the UGX Studio. As the month progresses, we often hear chatter among members & staff, checking-in with each other and offering encouragement!
Join us this month for: a sit up challenge… 30 sit ups per day! You can do them all at once or break them up. Just be sure to do 30 a day!
