- When should I arrive?
5 minutes before class is suggested. Allow time to foam roll, stretch, any preparatory exercises before class. Warm-up starts at the scheduled class start time.
- Who is the class for?
Everyone. If you want to move better, improve strength, stamina, cardiovascular fitness, and body composition – this class is for you.
- Can I use my MYZONE belt?
Absolutely. But this class is not Heart Rate focused.

It’s really more of an experience…But our trainers will push you to your limits during the circuit
- Where is it located?
We have a dedicated UGX studio where all the classes take place. Located at 30 Oak St. Park in the rear and enter through the double glass doors.
- Can I try it?
We are currently running a pilot of this program designed in the streets of NYC. There is currently no-charge for the program for our members. All non-members, please contact Rick Bounds at email@example.com for details.
- How is this different from other studios?
UGX takes the best of various high-intensity functional fitness programs, blends them together in a partner inspired, heart pumping environment.
- Can I do this class if I’m pregnant or have a physical issue?
Yes. Discuss with your coaches any issue that may affect your exercise selection or intensity.
- Can I do this class if I’m not in shape already?
Yes. All movement patterns have modifications and intensity level is each participants journey.

Skipping is not an option, but modifying absolutely is. Be sure to let your session’s coach know if you need a modification.
