Philosophies in Fitness and Life

“Lack of activity destroys the good condition of every human being.” – Plato

“Exercise is for the body but also plays an important role in our mental health and in managing daily stress. Being fit is not about being skinny, it’s about being healthy and feeling happy inside. The opportunity to help shape people’s lives is a blessing and a responsibility I do not take lightly. I see myself as a partner in achieving the best version of you possible.”

“Live Long and Prosper.” – Spock

Issy Cerundolo

ACE Certified Personal Trainer | B.S Kinesiology

Specializes in functional movement and interval training.

“I believe that exercise is all about functionality. Incorporating the movements of daily life into an exercise regimen is key in ensuring that you are able to move effectively for years to come. Interval training is a great way to challenge your body’s systems without spending hours on a treadmill, which is why I like to incorporate it into my client’s exercise programs. I believe that all exercise is good exercise and you do not have to be lifting the heaviest weigh in the room to be gaining strength and improving your health. However you like to move, I can help you do so!”
