- 12 minute total session time
- 10 minute Vibra Shape program includes warm-up/cool-down sessions
What is the difference between the Total Body Enhancement programs?
Program 1: Low intensity muscle toning Program 2: Medium intensity muscle toning Program 3: High intensity muscle toning Program 4: Varied intensity
Vibra Shape muscle toning programs are not required for TBE use. Members can choose to use only the 30 lamps for relaxing warmth
