Working with a trainer gives you accountability, knowledge, a progressive program/path to results as well as safety and fun. Everyone can benefit from working with a trainer. Programs are specific to the individual’s movement patterns and goals! Every individual is unique which means what works for some won’t work for all. Programs are meant to progress as you do.
