Our main fitness center is over 15,000 square feet and features state of the art cardio pieces including Precor and Life Fitness, a complete line of Hammer Strength plate-loaded pieces, Life Fitness selectorized equipment, and a large free weight area, a group exercise studio, a Cycle & Soul studio (yoga & meditation), and a basketball court.
We also have a UGX Studio (Ultimate Group Exercise) located in our 30 Oak Street building. This studio hosts not only our popular UGX classes, but also our UGX Style Small Group Training, our Power Project classes and our Fit Fun for Youth classes!

We offer individualized Fitness Consultations to all our members, covered by their annual fee. During your Fitness Consultation, you will experience a comprehensive review of your health and fitness history, participate in an assessment to discover your strengths, weaknesses, functional movement patterns and balance, and receive a prescriptive fitness plan specific to your goals and needs. Personal Training is the best way to jumpstart your results no matter what your experience level is. Working with a trainer gives you accountability, knowledge, a progressive program/path to results as well as safety and fun. Everyone can benefit from working with a trainer. Programs are specific to the individual's movement patterns and goals! Every individual is unique which means what works for some won't work for all. Programs are meant to progress as you do. We offer Personal Training in a classic workout format, as well as in Yoga. Want to work out with a group of people with similar goals and needs, or do you have a group of friends you would like to work out with regularly? Small Group Training offers many of the benefits of Personal Training, but with the additional social aspect of a group! We offer Small Group Training services in various specialties: UGX Style: Move or Challenge, and Yoga! We can even build small groups for tennis training, or any group to suit your needs.
